These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Powered H2O website and the exterior cleaning services we provide. By requesting an estimate or scheduling service, you agree to these Terms.

Our Services

Powered H2O provides exterior cleaning services, which may include pressure washing, soft washing, surface cleaning, house washing, fleet washing, and exterior washing of vehicles, trailers, RVs, and boats, in and around Bakersfield and Kern County, California.

Estimates & Quotes

Many of our services require an on-site evaluation before a final price can be provided. Estimates are based on the conditions observed at the time of the evaluation. If conditions differ significantly from what was described or observed, the final price may be adjusted, and we will discuss any changes with you before proceeding.

Scheduling & Access

You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the areas to be cleaned, including access to a water source where applicable. Please secure pets, move vehicles or personal items as requested, and notify us of any fragile surfaces, fixtures, or hazards before work begins.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of service.

Cancellations

If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please let us know as soon as possible so we can offer the time to another customer.

Results & Limitations

We strive for excellent results on every job. However, some stains, damage, oxidation, or wear may be permanent or may not respond fully to cleaning. We will advise you of any such conditions when we identify them. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or for conditions disclosed to you before or during service.

Liability

We perform our services with reasonable care. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Powered H2O is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and any disputes shall be handled in the courts located in Kern County, California.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
